Advantages of cold delivery

All dishes are cooked on the same day in our own kitchen by our team with fresh products. Then, in order to guarantee perfect food security, they are cooled without altering the taste, appearance or nutritional properties through our chiller.


This process of shock cooling of cooked products not only prevents the spread of bacteria, but also extending the shelf life of products. The delivery is then made in biodegradable trays and with total respect of the cold chain.



The advantages of cold delivery?


  • As many of you know, it is very rare that the dish arrives hot at its destination. So, you often have to reheat the meal which has already been reheated ... These 2 reheats alter the flavors of the dish and the nutritional qualities of the food. That’s why we chose to deliver cold so that our homemade dish is only heated once.


  • If you change your schedule 5 minutes after ordering, your dish can be kept in the refrigerator. Delivered cold, it will therefore not withstand double reheating when you decide to taste it.


How to reheat your dish?


  • Your dish can be reheated both in microwave and oven directly in its tray, without the lid. The reheating instructions are on the bag of the order. These are generic and the indicative times which are therefore to be adapted depends on your oven.


HOW YOU Can keep YOUR dish?


  • Our dishes can be kept in refrigerator until the deadline, which is marked on the package. They can also be stored in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
